Safety II in Practice – Prof. Eric Hollnagel Public Lecture – Brisbane

In this lecture tour, Professor Erik Hollnagel introduces a comprehensive approach for the management of Safety-II, called the Resilience Assessment Grid (RAG).

This lecture explains the principles of the RAG and how it can be used to develop the resilience potentials.

The RAG provides four sets of diagnostic and formative questions that can be tailored to any organisation. The questions are based on the principles of resilience engineering and backed by practical experience from several domains.

Erik Hollnagel – Professor at the University of Southern Denmark

Erik Hollnagel is an internationally recognised specialist in the fields of resilience engineering, FRAM, system safety, human reliability analysis, cognitive systems engineering, and intelligent man-machine systems. He is the author of more than 350 publications including twenty-four books, articles from recognised journals, conference papers, and reports.
