This is the fourth annual session presented by David Dilger, Partner at Page Seager, where he shares his insights into the WHS laws and how they have been applied in the Tasmanian jurisdiction

David specialises in industrial relations and safety. He regularly provides tailored safety and people management training programs particularly at executive level. David also deals with all aspects of enterprise bargaining from direct negotiating through to appearing in FWC regarding industrial disputes.

David combines his legal expertise in industrial relations and safety with a wealth of practical experience achieved in a number of senior executive management roles.

David’s previous senior executive management roles include National HR Manager as well as Chief Executive Officer of a franchise corporation where he led the organisation to a National Finalist and Joint State Winner of an Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) People Management Award. He was also a Mediator on the Franchise Council of Australia’s panel.
