This webinar will provide an overview on promoting a return to work culture.

Your Presenter:

LISA SCOTT

Lisa has over 30 years of experience within the Personal Injury Industry that has included a diverse range of roles including Case Management (handling all aspect of claims including determination of liability, return to work, mains/impairment claims and common law) through to being an Investigator with WorkSafe Victoria recommending fines and prosecutions for breaches of the legislation by workers, employers and service providers.

She has extensive experience in dispute management representing the Agent at the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service in her role as a legal disputes officer and a technical officer. Lisa currently provides expert advice as a subject matter expert to a wide range of stakeholders within Victoria and has excellent customer service skills.

Lisa has a passion for education within the compensation and return to work field and has extensive experience training and assessment. She was instrumental in the development and delivery and assessment of the suite of nationally recognised qualifications Cert III Cert IV and Diploma Personal Injury Management (Workers Compensation) delivered in Victoria and New South Wales whilst working with Deakin Prime and WorkSafe Victoria.

Lisa has worked closely with PIEF over the past few years and has a flare for interacting with student via eLearning platforms.
