On behalf of the Safety Institute of Australia we invite you to join us for an SIA webinar titled: Venous disorders and the implications for Workplace Health on Wednesday 27 September 2017.

Within this webinar, Michelle Hill from Sigvaris, will discuss the detrimental effects of standing or sitting too long in the work place, and how this can impact on the help of our legs & venous system which can lead to spider veins, reticular veins, varicose veins, oedema (swelling caused by fluid) and deep vein thrombosis.

Learning Outcomes:

  • gain an insight into the venous system,
  • identify risks within their work force,
  • reduce those risks and where to seek further support.
